We are very exited to announce the launch of Bee and Leaf Designs.
We are very exited to announce the launch of Bee and Leaf Designs.
Our company was founded on our phrase “Bee Leaf in…Love™.”
Our first design was “Love
Birds.” When you think of Mexico
and the Riviera
Maya, you
can’t help but think “Color.” Orange
and Turquoise are the colors
for “La Fiesta”
theme. This concept could not have been realized without the talent
found on Etsy.com and the vision of Elizabeth Medina Photography.

Two hummingbirds meet in the middle for a “Sweet Kiss.” This
was inspired by all the
great “Shabby Chic” weddings that have that touch of that Vintage South. I can’t
help but think of Reese Witherspoon getting married in “Sweet Home Alabama.”

This is by far the most popular print and that is why it is
offered in three color themes,
Deep Purples with
touches of Lilac, Peach with
touches of Coral
and Dusty pink with touches of Grey.

“Swan Lake”
print was inspired by the photograph of two black swans seen
in the inspiration
board. When observing these swans, it was mesmerizing the
way they
moved and swayed together in the water as one unit. The added detail
of the chandeliers makes this
another “Shabby Chic” print.

“Love Boat” there
is nothing like having a wedding and being able to smell the ocean
near by. Think of fish nets, lobster, lighthouses there is so much that can be done with
this wedding theme. Colors in Navy-Blue-Yellow theme are “Classic-Elegant Nautical.”
If you want something a bit more “Fun Nautical”, we suggest Love Boat in Aqua-Grey-Red.

“Desert Mariposa” is
a unique butterfly that is found in Arizona. We combined
this with the spiritual inspiration of Sedona
AZ. We love the use of cactus and
succulents in floral
arrangements. This is a perfect example
of finding the beauty
in the surroundings of your wedding location.

"Love Birds” the
original print that started it all. This
time done in two color themes:
-Dusty Pink & Vintage Blue
-Rust Orange & Teal
What can we say.... we LOVE this print and we wanted to use this as an example
of how you can take any Bee and Leaf design print and play with color. The original
was done in traditional bright Mexican colors Orange & Turquoise (Summer).
The update shows how you can take a theme and use color to dictate the season.
“Vintage Colors” of Dusty Pink & Blue (Spring) and Rust Orange & Teal (Fall).

“Love Wanted” was
inspired by “Country Chic”. Weddings
like the one country
Sweet hearts Blake
& Miranda had show that you can take the girl out of the country
but you can’t take the country from the girl! Who said you
can’t wear pink cowboy boots
with a couture gown? As long as there is no bull ridding…
why not!

“Mau Loa” means I
love you in Hawaiian and that was the inspiration for this print.
The color scheme is perfect for an ECO- Friendly Bride. Greens accented with Chocolate
Brown, Banana Yellow and Natural create a soothing effect.

“Love through a Fish
Eye” is the name of this print. Colors of Fuchsia and Orange
And Turquoise and Yellow
are very popular for destination weddings, but this print
Would also look great in Nautical colors of “Love Boat” Navy-Grey-Yellow.

“Under the Sea”,
because of the increase of outdoor weddings we have added a third
print inspired by the “Ocean.”

“Fun Love”, we saved the best for last. The name says it
all and we admit the inner child came
out as it was being created.
The color combination Cotton
Candy Pink- Grey-Canary Yellow
give it that child like feel. However, this print could also
be taken in a darker deeper “Vintage
Vaudeville” direction…
Think “Water for Elephants” (Reese Witherspoon
and Robert Pattinson).
